Arkansas Senate, District 6 - Bruce Holland (Republican)

Answers to Questions from Progressive Arkansas
ProgAR: If you were given carte blanche to pass one bill, what would it be and why?
Holland: I would pass a bill that would require a 2/3 majority to raise any taxes. Arkansans are taxed enough and any new tax shouldn’t be allowed to be pushed through no matter who is the majority party.
ProgAR: What are two or three specific things that Representative Wells has done in office as a state representative that make him a bad choice for reelection?
Holland: Mr. Wells has voted against State sovereignty as well as voted against the electoral college in favor of the popular vote. These two votes were against Arkansas’ best interest and not what Arkansans would want.
